The word Reiki can be translated as Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki addresses all layers of your whole Being. It has the ability to re-harmonize your energetic body, which can in turn improve physical, mental, and emotional issues.
We are all powerful energetic beings, but due to our busy lives, relationships, familial patterns etc. we can lose our center of balance. Reiki is a powerful transformational tool, which helps bring you back to your true self and vibration, and promotes expansion into new levels of awareness.
You will find that there are many different ways of giving Reiki. This lineage, beginning from Usui, has been passed down from Master to students through the centuries. I am using the traditional system, from the Japanese Usui Lineage, as I was taught by my teacher.
I also incorporate Shamanic practices into my sessions which includes the support of my Spirit Guides and Ancestors, as well as yours. This provides even more of a Sacred Space to deepen the experience of this powerful energy work.

You will be lying down on a massage table, fully clothed, with a cozy blanket and an eye pillow. You will be guided into a deeper connection with your breath & body, so that your whole being is ready to receive.
During the session, you will experience a very deep relaxation which may be accompanied by different sensations of energy, emotions, visuals, falling asleep, or something else! Your session will be powerful either way.
All is welcome, so that you can move through and process whatever you need to. You will receive exactly what you need in this moment.
I will be channeling the energy to you in the way your energetic body requires. This varies from person to person. It can be through guiding the energy with, or without, physical touch and placing crystals on your physical body. Other elements such as essential oils and sound healing tools are also incorporated.
After the session, we will discuss your experience and you will receive guidance for what can help move you forward on your path. You will also have the opportunity to pick an oracle card, which will convey what else you may need to focus on now. This always add another beautiful layer to your Reiki experience and provides insightful wisdom to help you integrate deeper.

Level 2 provides the opportunity to deep dive into Reiki energy. You will learn how to send distance healings and learn more Reiki practices to easily incorporate into your daily life. Additionally, if you choose, you will be able to offer sessions to clients after completing this training.

Level 1 is for Self-Healing. It does not qualify you to work with paying clients, but you are free to use it on yourself, with friends, family, pets, & plants.

Additionally, if you choose to complete the Level 4 portion, you will be able to teach & offer Reiki trainings to clients.
